a site or a community like custo with all this spagity navigation!!!!! i think admins should pay more attention about the categories they have n categories to add...
for example [wallpapers] I think wallpapers should be in one parent category with it's subcategories..
I hope everything is thought about and admins our keeping it for the next update.....

I don't think sub catergories work too well with wallpapers. Some wallpapers are combinations of everything and there is no set line to define between wallpapers. One big pile of wallpapers is a more suitable option, in my opinion.
psykiv: heh, you can put wallpapers into sub catgeries easily. You could do it by genre (illustration, 3D, abstract, Sci Fi, Music, Anime, etc..) or you could do it by resolution (lord knows if I was looking through a gigantic database of wallpapers I'd only skim through the 1600x1200 ones or the ones in the "mutli-res" category).
you know, this dont have to be radio buttons, this could be check buttons, as in futuristic cartoon chick with guitar would get "anime, sci fi, and music" while all the stuff in the upload bin would get "bryce wank, plugin orgy" sort of thing, you know?
How come we are never able to give negative points. It would be fun. And endless postitive points. Like this would be -1276 points compaired to +5,090,432,787,643,458,987,987,213,467,876,348,098,457,834,5 89,798,734,469 for some of static5's work.
Nope catagories blow more assy pages to flick through before getting to waht you already knew you wanted. And plus from what I see here there would be like two catagories: Digital tech, and Digital art.
Mmm..deleting posts now eh? It wasn't abusive or offensive, all I 'm asking for is a geOShell section. I'm sure it doesn't take 3 weeks to open a new section - in fact, my admin experience tells me it's just a couple of clicks away. If you don't want a geOShell section here, why not just tell me, rather than ignore me for 3 weeks? Am I wrong in thinking that a skinnable shell replacement deserves a home at customize? Please show some maturity, and don't make me remove Custo from my favourites....

indeed, many of the poeple who have uploaded wllpapers might like to get thiers in a certain catagory (i.e. DeviantArt's) and some are already gone, and i think it's a little late to go around e-mailing EVERY author with a WP asking "okay you have __ different catagories to put all of your wp's in.... and you can only have one catagory per wp. email within 5 years." so... you can kind of see how hard this would be.
Yuck, pasta... *shivers* Subcategorising would create problems like people posting in the wrong category, what to do with the old stuff, and so on. Resolution based categorising could work though, but only if it's optional.
