This letter is to inform you that you must cease and desist from using the name Frostycube or Frostycubes. This name is intellectual property, meaning i hold the rights to its usage and who i allow to use it. Im writing to tell you that i want you to stop using the name as your online identity as it has harmed mine, and offended me greatly.
For starters dont tell me that you thought the name up all by your self. The chances of that are unthinkable. And the fact that you posted a skin on Customize.org which is one of the sites where my themes were posted, is just fucking moronic. Come up with a new handle, or charges will be brought apon you. I will allow you to keep the email address, as i can see it may be inuse by you or your family. I will wait 1 week to see that my thoughts be heard, by then if your accounts on the major theming sites and/or AIM/ICQ are not renamed, or removed; legal action will be taken against you. if you need help renaming or removing your accounts email the site administrators.
Next time ask for permission to use something, I doubt you would enjoy me borrowing your name and doing what i want with it.

I really dont think you own this name, also I have been using this name on deviantart, lots of skins, and wincustomize. Ive never heard of anyone else with this name on any of those sites. Also you cant really tell me to remove my name from these sites just because by chance someone else has the same name as me/you. Err so whoever sent me that e-mail reply here instead, thanks.

My advice is to ignore the kiddo Frosty. He has no legal basis for his complaint. He did actually produce a Litestep theme called 'Frosty Cubes', and a lesser known sequal called 'little green stars' if I recall correctly some time ago. But seeing as the term 'Frosty Cubes' is a combination of a common adjective and noun, its different context, and the rude tone of his email, i'd say that a good old STFU is in order.
Some people really need to re-think their hole fucking lives. That fag ass should take one step back and look at what he is actually doing and is mad about.

My favorite part of that email has to be when he implies that his name in no way could have been randomly thought up. to me, the name "FrostyCubes" is another name for ice cubes, which is all to easy to think up at random, it's a name for frigin ICE CUBES!. Yes, I can understand being a little annoyed at someone using a name you came up with, if indeed it really was a name you used (I never heard of ya), but for fucks sake man, lighten up. It's bound to happen. There are millions and millions of people on the internet at any time, and somone is bound to think up the same name you do. Get over it.
