As wyn said, I *am* the folder htt. pro, but that goes for editing its insides and making it show cool stuff. :)
sadly I dont use win xp at all anymore, and back when I did, I didnt even know that the old 2k/98 style webviews were possible. So your gonna have to ask someone else that question (as the only running OS I have in front of me is 2k and 98)... although once you find it if you need any help makin it cool or some addition suggestions, feel free to ask.

In answer to corporate's question, the folder.htt is built into certain dll's in XP, that's what enables the special context sensitivie menus. If you want to redo webviews et al, you need to download one of the commented windows 98/me webviews from virtualplastic.net and extract it to the folder you want to be customized.
