does anyone know how to make icons or edit them? photoshop wont edit .ico

a prog called microangelo. there are other progs too but microangelo is the only one i can remember right now
soon they'll all be after my delicious guts

you can also just take a 64x64 or.. I think even 128x128 bitmap and rename it to *.ico

speaking of icons, anyone know what the best prog to convert icons to bmp's and then back into icons is?

yeah, microangelo is the best - its at
Azmyth - you can just copy out of microangelo and paste into photoshop, if theyre not XP icons with alpha. dunno if you knew that already :/
