tclock wont work, go to themexp.org and get a theme, and style xp

If you don't like the different XP look, head over to OverClockers Club (whatever the URL is ?) they've got tutorials on how to change the classic start button. Download ResHack first, and then you can edit the bitmaps with photoshop.
