Winamp 3.....

You weren't like, tired when you typed that were you?

i'm sure the guys over at nullsoft will include all file types when it's done. if they don't, then peeps will have to use a different player, and that's not what they want.

i'm having a problem with Winamp 3 and the skin Kaolla 2. I get this error "The skin your trying to load doesn't seem to be supported by Winamp 3." Help me please! :)

make sure you have a newer beta, you can dl it right here: http://deskmod.com/core.mod?dapp=winamp3

you may wanna uninstall wa3 before you install a new version of it tho. i think kaolla2 should work fine after that. does for me :o]

Okay this i wierd. Just download the skin somewhere else and it works now! Custo's version is broke. :)

The deal with the 'broken' skins: If you open the zip, they're stored in a folder (ie "/kaolla2"). That's bad. Unzip it, open the folder, and zip the contents. Make sure the skin folders are in the base directory of the zip. Problem solved.

Huh? Custo has a ".wal" version...should be all ready to go...

here's the deal on the custo .wal - open it in winzip, and unzip all of it to your drive (just on the drive, not in any directories). the paths are wrong for winamp3. all the files are in the kaolla\thinger (in the zip directory) or whatever, when they should just be in the \thinger directory. so i unzipped it to my drive, and made a new zip that had the right filepaths. it works fine. if you want my zip and don't feel like taking time, e-mail me at peakfan@hotmail.com

Ryan and everyone else I had the same problem...I'll explain it as simply as possible. Save the ZIP file in your Winamp3/Skins directory and unzip the file into the same directory. Thats it. If it doesn't show on your skins WinAmp list refresh it. -Aspenth

In the screenshot it theres a corner player in the bottom left. How do you make winamp do that?
