1. Put on heavy gloves, goggles.
2. Carefully, slowly open icon chamber, allowing steam to escape.
3. Remove spent icon from housing.
4. Remove new icon from protective casing. Apply a thin layer of lithium grease to icon.
5. Snap up loading handle on icon and using a straight and downward motion, insert icon.
6. Replace cover, making sure to engage all locks.
7. Enjoy your new icon!
Seriously, I use Microangelo (google it) but there's other programs....if you just want to change the "my computer" icon or other default desktop icons, just click properties, change icons and browse to the one you want (w2k)
