just a few miniutes ago, i download the StickyPic1.1.1, but i don,t know how to use it. because it does not contain the skin file? there is not a green rain like icon in the folder, is this the reason?

I don't use that skin but if it is a rainmeter file that is not packaged in the rmskin file extension then you need to extract the file and put it in your rainmeter skins folder found in your documents.
Matthew what do you mean get your computer back to normal? What is wrong with your computer? A rainmeter skin will not mess your computer up unless you download a skin with a virus.
