I don't believe there is a way to upload wallpapers in a zip file unless you do it in another category in which case they might get deleted. Usually when people have more then one wallpaper they just add alternate versions. That way all the wallpapers can be also viewed without having to download a zip. As far as the icons go that should not be a problem. You should be able to zip as many as you want and upload them in one shot. Good luck to ya.
Not sure why it would not upload unless there is a size limit or something. I would try again and my suggestion would be to only upload one zip at a time. Plus try to keep your file size as small as possible due to your slow speed.
TVC15 I am not sure why you are not uploading multiple wallpapers here. You simply upload one and then choose more files to upload by clicking on the browse box. You can add as many wallpapers as you want under the one submission and you can do it all in one shot.
Guys I am not sure what you are trying to download but every skin has a download link directly under the preview image. An exception would be a screenshot. Do not confuse a screenshot for something you can download. Many have asked how to download in the comment sections of a screenshot. You can only download skins listed in the ingredients that the author of the screenshot has provided links too.
I will repeat myself. Under every preview of a file that has been uploaded, (ie rainmeter skins) there is a download link. If you are looking at a screenshot there is no download link. It will only say view full screenshot.
