Is there any way to access the old sections disabled here at customize? I don't understand why some apps like eFX (I like) still have the sections enabled, but Inhotus and other old but usable apps doesn't have its sections active anymore.
I am a mod and I can't even answer your question. You can try shooting off a message using the contact us link at the bottom of the page but good luck with that. I have sent emails and have never received a response. I am not even sure if there is anyone even running this site anymore. Just as a hunch I would say that older apps have been disabled for download because of compatibility issues. Even though some people still use xp those people are becoming less. It is no different then wincustomize doing away with mycolors because of compatibility issues with Windows Seven. I am only guessing though and could be wrong.
