You are not "blocked" from sending PMs or comments, the same comment issue that is affecting you, is happening to everyone else on the site. This all started when the spam fix was implemented; that fix is not working 100% because as you can see, we still have spammers coming through.
These are automated bots that are capable of doing multiple posts that can get past some of the measures. I personally don't have access to the back-end systems of the site that control that, but the person that does is working on resolving the issue; he doesn't owe you, nor I any time frame for when this will be resolved.
I'm sure he has more pressing things that occupy his time other than the site, so I'll ask you to just be patient until its resolved, this is not life or death and it will be resolved eventually.
I don't have a problem with you or anyone else being vocal, but please be respectful!l I've seen rude comments stating that the admins are lazy, that we're not working fast enough to delete spam, that we're stealing work, fake accounts created to post silly imagery that poke fun of an irritating that affects all of us. This is very disrespectful and it must stop because they are all false allegations.
We're all doing the best that we can, all we ask is that folks be patient and respectful of the efforts being made. If you don't believe that then fine, its your opinion, but we can disagree, without being disagreeable.
