I'm 14 years old, which is within the age range stated in the terms and conditions - and I have a complaint about one member in particular. Yes, I'm 14 and don't mind a bit of this, but int_alireza has posted so many erotic images in wallpapers. In my country, it's illegal for me to feast my eyes upon such wallpapers, so, when I first saw it, I was rather shocked. In most countries, images with that kind of explicitness are strictly 18+. I use this site a lot, and my mother does not believe in privacy. if she walked in while I was innocently looking at wallpapers which happened to be on the same page as them - I would be killed. These images should be at least hidden without age verification!
In our country parents do not kill children for looking at risque pictures. I would move, if I were you. Additionally, the pictures in question are also within the ToU and UA. On the internet, it's not "adult" until you can actually see something interesting. Some girl's back and panties is actually generally acceptable. I would suggest you leave the internet post-haste.
Note: I don't believe in privacy either, but what's that got to do with anything?
Wow I thought customize.org was more about the art and not the pron. int_alireza's work is interesting and eye pleasing but may be better serverd in moderation or create another catagory for his and other works like his. This way the main stream for wallpapers is not populated by the same monotonous content. Some of us may have children looking over our shoulderes when cruising the strip.
Here's the situation... Don't like it, don't look at it.
If your country says that you can't look at it, then well, don't look at it. No one is forcing it upon you.
Myself, I love the female form and have displayed many screenshots that have shown the female form. So, if a person uses that wallpaper because it goes with that theme, should they change just because you want them to conform to your ways?

This site has gone downhill majorly. I demand moderation, to remove all the pointless screenshots of a billion unmodified Rainmeter skins crammed onto the screen with no open windows.
Its ridiculous that this screenshot has 12 loves. I remember the old days when only a stunning new screen from 4imp, pjdark, mangosango, swayso etc. would get that sort of recognition.
@pjdark - I think all the good people who were here have left and moved onto bigger and better things, if you look at some of their profiles, the last time the logged on was like 3 years ago. I have only been here for about 6 months, and there have been so many "crappy" (erotic & just lame pictures) added. Heres what they should do:
1. Not allow any nude pictures unless it is professional , high quality, classy picture. The stuff that guy has been adding is just a picture of a girls boobs, that ain't cool!
2. Set up a section for people to post images on that aren't high quality and just need some feedback, they don't need to be mixed in with all the other pictures.
I went of track a little but, this place needs organization, instead of letting its users upload whatever they want !
p.s. we defiantly need a captcha to block spammers and RA-TARDS like that!
I have been reluctant to say anything as the last time I wrote some one it ended with over half of my Gallery submissions being disabled from being viewed and a Admin who was suppose to be in charge of quality control making changes and not sending emails or suggestions prior to or when these changes were made.
Now we have the opposite. If it's about inappropriate users and inappropriate material. I use to watch these guys be banned within 24 hours.
Now we have a problem above all else that is too great to ignore. It's called using someone elses images and claiming them as your own. Too many of these images are from other galleries and if all you are doing is resizing and conducting minor manipulations they are still the prospective work of another owner unless you have permission.
I see very little creativity with the exception of a few. Many have left because of the problem I just mentioned and then some. If you have no respect for the artists and the site you have become a member of which does at times enforce the rules. Please expect the consequences to be severe as you are placing Customize.org in jeopardy and this is the only site I know that is still free for submissions for Art of All types.
I see no creativity and attempts to explore other alternatives or forms of art when all you do is take a image from one site and post it on another to gain what? Page Views. Faves. It means nothing if you are not creating it yourself or as a minimum have permission to make those minor changes giving credit to the prospective artist
I'll probably be banned because I said just this little bit. Oh well.

I actually have mailed (on this site) lamplighter ( ) In response to him asking if anyone wanted to apply to be an admin on the site as I visit the page daily and could easily contribute a good 45 minutes a day moderating the hell out of the posts on here, didn't get a response though, maybe someone else can have some luck at it.
There is also a (no longer active, should be bumped again) Suggestion thread you could check out which mentions some of the problems mentioned here, and gives reason to mail Lamplighter if you want to become an admin.
I come here regularly hoping for inspiration, I'm not entirely active in the skinning community, never entirely have been (Made skins for myself, by myself, to my own tastes for the longest time). It's a downer to see the site that started me in the direction of skinning and influenced a lot of my tastes as far as art/graphic media when it comes to how I design for a lack of better words, turn to shit.
Let's hope someone can make a change, or influence someone who was once a moderator/admin here to come back.

Those are just the mods I know off the top of my head or used to be social with when I was a op or otherwise on #customize, and it goes to show that the majority of them (read: all of them besides lamplighter) are inactive. This is the real and only problem.
Moderation breeds standards breeds respect breeds new users who respect quality work, and new users who want to contribute quality work.
new admins could work. drumming up support on pixelfuckers.org or deviantart would really be the only way though, since a lot of folks rarely come here anymore since the submissions have gone so far downhill.
Look you idiots, if you want to look at porn, go to bunnyteens.com. This used to be a nice, clean site that I could view with my 11-year old daughter all day long without ever having a thought about running across anything inappropriate. Today, the very first image in Most Popular is titled "Nude", and is a beautiful woman in full frontal nudity. Maybe the webmaster thinks it's OK because her crotch is in shadow. This site is not the place for such things. This change has slowly occurred over the past 3 months or so. I guess 3 months from now, there will be wallpapers showing sexual acts. If you intend to allow such things on this site, I will have to withdraw my membership, and I suggest you consider changing the name of the site to xxxcustomize.org.

DeviantART is so much better than this "porn" site, at least they moderate their galleries and things can be blocked. This place has gone down hill alot and I have only been here for 11 months about. I suggest to anyone who wants to, go to dA and leave these "adults" to their "business".
DeviantART is full of porn and isn't moderated for quality (not that customize is moderated for anything), so it's not much of an option. But let's not let this thread go off topic, in hopes that maybe a mod will see this and many other recent complaint threads and actually instate some admin privileges on us lowly users who see all the wrong but can't fix much of anything.
I agree, I've only been here for a few days, maybe a week and I already know it's a shadow of it's glory. I've seen all these ad-bots, nude-pics on the front page, and a whole ton of uncreative works that don't give credit. Never once have I taken credit for something I haven't done. Anyway, the nude-pics have to go. If you want to post nude-pics, go somewhere that they are accepted. This site really needs active moderators to turn everything around.

I just think that those users who post things should be removed erotic (erotic and sensual is quite different) see the example of TehParadox () to those who know him, he was banned for posting pictures nonsensuous but even pornographic nature. If anyone knows him knows what I'm talking about. One example was a picture of Little Lupe. Look up and see what it is.
