Newcomer/noob needs counsel

Hey everyone,

I have just returned to this site after about a 6 year hiatus. I used to be an avid customizer at one point in my life, but strayed from my graphic interests during my college years. I just got a new laptop with Windows7 and am interested in spicing up my interface. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if LiteStep was compatible with Windows7? Furthermore, are there any resources available for novices of my nature?
