Ok, so im new the the whole windows theme scene...not new to computers in general, have a decent bit of knowledge...what program should i be using to install these themes?
I prefer using the UxTheme patch, which allows me to just open the msstyles file as a windows theme right away. There are, however, people that swear by windowblinds.
