Times which aren't busy (no work or uni), I tend to sleep every other day, sort of. I've been up for 23h so far, planning to do some more painting tonight. Once I've finished, I'll probably knock off, just out of having nothing else to do, but I might stay up if I'm wanted.

Record is around 55h nearing coursework deadlines, but I've never tried just for the sake of it. Without Pro Plus, I'd probably struggle to reach beyond that point, especially just for the sake of it.

I'm envious of anyone with the discipline to pick up any polyphasic sleep.

the most I've gone is ~70 hours. I've had classmates who went almost 6 days without sleep. It gets nasty after a couple of days though, because you start blacking out and you don't really know how you arrived at a point.

That's actually really unhealthy, and can do bad things to you. As mangosango mentioned, you can black out and some really bad things can happen. You could pass out whilst walking and hurt yourself/get your things stolen, etc. Depriving your body of sleep for no reason is a terrible idea and I don't recommend it to anyone.
