im running of winxp, and i really want this theme, however in the tutorials, it says nothing about how to apply this theme... i run the theme with uxtheme patcher and every time i restart the comp it just goes to the plain classic theme...please help?!

.7z refers to 7zip, a file packaging/compression program similar to WinZip or WinRAR. Download 7zip here: http://www.7-zip.org/Once you've installed it, you should be able to unpack the .7z file and install the theme using the normal instructions found on this site.
ok so ive done that but theres no mss file format thing in there???
Yes there is. It's in the rhayssa royale folder.
7zip rules. I always loathed WinRAR.
