I think its windows xp. 1. Dependeing on which service pack ur xp is (eg sp2, sp3 etc.) u'll have to patch ur uxtheme.dll, just search up uxtheme patcher in google or something. I have next to no idea on what theme he's using. 2. I reckon all those gizmos on his desktop are from rainmeter. google that up. install it. 3. Looks through this: http://www.ipi.fi/~rainy/Rainmeter/Manual.html scroll to the skins section. Read a bit. 4. I reckon this is the skin: http://www.customize.org/rainmeter/skins/58074 extract the funky jazz into the skins folder. 5. Run rainmeter, right click on whatever doodad appears on ur desktop, goto skins or something and change to the skin of choice.
Note: I dont use windows xp anymore, so I probably screwed up. Hope this helps.
dont cry its a lot of work with this all themes in a lot of programs must have full 2 free days to do something with your default system if you have one..
I've added a new customize programs like rocketdock or rainmeter late.. in 2006 First i had only windowblinds 4 in 2002 Like i said its not easy. You must know what exacly you want for your self (in philosophy dimension too) ;)
on screenshot you gave a link is rocketdock too whit settings left position bar and small icons You must download some png icons to this dock for your self
in rainmeter you can simply add new skins and drag it whereever you want i hope you have some min knowlage about Xp and its working. All programs work at file level so its simple. Rainmeter's skins have ini file you can change its "opensource" program
