I went back and loaded it accordingly and now it is saying that it couldn't be loaded at all...

I don't know what to do... also if this can not be fixed... is there anyways to cancel the patches I downloaded and get back my old XP theme?

first, you can go back to the old theme by simply running the patching tool again. be sure to click "enable" when it asks if you want to enable or disable something. after that, look up uxtheme on yahoo or google and download version 6.0. it worked for me, hope it works for you!
