Hi all,i just wondered if i have to ask for permission when using pics from e.g. flickr for wallpapers i publish? Is is good manners, a must, or just no one cares? How do you handle that?
Usually it is either stated in the website's policy or choosen by the user that uploaded it, but in my opinion it's best to just always do it.
