potential new image viewer for skinners

just found an obscure image viewer called bmap.

as it stands now, it's a basic skinned window that can be easily resized. i reshacked the icon away without trouble, but the title remains. well actually it shows the filename and the time it took to load the image.

but... the source is available! i'm not a programmer, but maybe someone here knows how to adjust things then recompile it so that text doesn't appear on the caption bar. it would be great for making screenshots, it's just a single tiny .exe with virtually no dependencies.
