sp3 visual style help:/

Hmm, for sure you need a hacked uxtheme.dll for SP3. Have you maybe replaced any SP3 system files with SP2 ones?

The version of uxtheme.dll you use is not compatible with SP3.

Their is a newer version of uxtheme.dll, especially for SP3. Download link and instructions:
