multipatcher screwed up my computer. help

So, I just started to get back into skinning my computer, and I read the guides and followed it word-for-word on how to install the multipatcher, I restarted my computer, and eveery time I try to open anything... a folder, my computer, firefox, it crashes and said that explorer had an error and has to close and if I want to report it. So I was getting a little scared and then tried to open the windows classic theme, and that works.. but I want to completely have that piece of shit program off my computer, and I already checked the add/remove programs, and it's not on there.
