Big Problems after using uxtheme multipatcher

I've a WinXP SP3 System. After Installing UXtheme Multipatcher and choosing a new theme nothing works. After the Logon procedure i see only a blank desktop. This means I've no "access" to my system.

Does anyone know how to undo the changes in the system and switch back to old theme? Need some help...I'm in serious trouble.

I had that happen to me too not with uxtheme but with a bad login screen program--dont panic if your on the desktop you should be able to CTRL ALT DEL your task manager
from there you can get into your files by running them from the FILE menu does this help?

you need to sign off completely then log back in using safe mode, you should then have a visible desktop. i believe if you run the multi patcher again you are given the option to uninstall..uninstall it and reboot
