So I've just begun to discover the community trying to learn things a little bit at a time.

Two things I'm stuck at, at the moment: How can I change the windows skins as in when I open a folder the background/buttons/bar of that window are customized? (I'm using windows xp and Litestep)
Second question is how to check if I'm OTS compliant? I've been to the OTS website http://ls-ots.cjb.net/ but can't seem to find an 'updater' or installer of some kind.
