I'm new in this and I don't know that to do. I have already installed "UXTheme Multi Patcher", and I've changed uxtheme.dll file with the "Replacer" and I've got the same error. For e.g I downloaded the "areao 4.2" theme and then I double-click on the .msstyles file he loads me the old Windows Classic theme. Umm, why did you change the uxtheme file with replacer? I dont think you had to. Also, there's separate versions of it for different versions of XP. So make sure you've downloaded the right one for yours, like XP SP1, SP2 etc.
