Remove top left Windows Image Viewer/Fax Icon

I've made all the icons and bmp's transparent...
but the top left icon on the title bar won't go away!
Is there also a method to removing only the shimgvw.dll's titlebar?

It's located in shimgvw.dll, look for the titlebar icon and replace it with a blank one.

Oro? Have you read my first post? I've already changed all the icons via reshack to transparent, but it's still not working.
