You download the script from the deviantart site. Go to Add-ons-stylish-create (I think). Cut and Paste that script, into the blank area save with any name you want, voila!

Ooh. I forgot about Stylish. That Google "skin" if you will, is quite good. No more blinding white Google. ... I wonder if it'd work on here ...

The gadget he's talking about is just called "Custom iGoogle Skins." Some of the skins for it are pretty damn good, but I prefer this one for my setup.

...as a side note, why is customize.org so slow? and am I the only one that dislikes this new version of custo? ...at least to my memory the previous one was pretty quick loading pages... i'm all but ditching custo because half the time its unbareably slow =(

No, it may have been faster at some points, but it had high sever loads and gave you the ambulance quite often. I dunno, if anything it's equal.
