Cool Flame's Coctails

These are some coctail recipies from an old BMW game called "Be the first one - Cool Flame"

Dry Manhattan: 4 cl Canadian whisky
2 cl dry vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
Slice of lemon

» Pour the whisky and dry vermouth into a mixing glass with ice
cubes, add the dash of bitters and stir well. Then pour into a chilled
cocktail glass and serve with a slice of lemon.

Sweet Manhattan: 4 cl Canadian whisky
2 cl rosso vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 cocktail cherry

» Pour the whisky and rosso vermouth into a mixing glass with ice
cubes, add the dash of bitters and stir well. Then pour into a chilled
cocktail glass and serve with cocktail cherry.

Barton Special: 3 cl Calvados
1.5 cl Scotch whisky
1.5 cl gin
Slice of lemon

» Pour the Calvados, whisky and gin into a mixing glass with ice
cubes and stir well. Then pour into a chilled cocktail glass and
serve with a slice of lemon.

Fairbanks: 3 cl gin
3 cl dry vermouth
2 dashes of orange bitters
Slice of lemon

» Pour the gin, dry vermouth and orange bitters into a mixing glass
with ice cubes and stir well. Then pour into a chilled cocktail glass
and serve with a slice of lemon.
