I downloaded the bootskin program and its not showing my bnootskin i wanted

We can't even help you if you don't even state 1) what boot program you got 2) or where you downloaded the boot skin. If you answer those question, we can then probably point you in the right direction. Just beware changing boots screens can screw around with your window settings so you better know what you're doing. I did it before and I had to reformat my computer.

Bootskin does not work with all computers as some BIOS and drivers don't like the boot screen being altered.

There are a couple of alternate versions you can try.

Just get the latest xPize upgrade package - then you just change the boot.bmp picture in the root of C [as long as its 640x480 with 16 colours] - simple task, even with MSPaint!
