i've got some things that doesn't appear correctly (buttons, mainly, as volume sliders and playback btns) in some skins (specifically chiral and gsm flv)
I think in panels_ui something has changed with the way global folders work ..not sure... go into the globals of the config and check for image dir and change it to where your images are "preferences/panels_ui/edit layout/globals"
well that's if the person who wrote the config used a global image dir
