Yeah if you haven't subbed any thing just use a different email. There's already a lot of requests to get a rename with people who have tons of subs. And there isn't a solution for it yet.

If I'm not mistaken it's pretty tricky on the backend to alter the db without gimping things up, that's why they don't delete user accounts and the like.
