I've been lookin for some minimalist skins. I got Ruler GTK but the top of the caption bar leaves a gap between the start bar and istelf. I'm lookin for themes that are like case, like tempura, like ruler, like nano, that'll pull on windowblinds. Anyone wanna help me out?
I remember in the recent VS v. WB argument we had Island Dog and FB hollerin WB had plenty minimalist skins. I'm callin you two out on that one :D haha
Customizing is a personal experience to some, but seeking advice of others is what community is all about. I think we all have different views of what "minimal" and usable skins are.
I know :p but the thing is my hard drive is semi slow with most of the processing, I like how WB uses my graphics card not my normal ram (i think that's it) to render the graphics, therefore speeding things up overall for me a bit.
Currently i'm using ruler avg but i find it doesn't work for me properly 9there's a gap at the top of the caption bar for some reason). That kinda skin is my wet dream (after a font change).
Basically I'm more into the flat, but the main window color is white. I can't handle see throough or see through-ish themes cuz i'm workin an old laptop vid card. I dont like glossy, fat, bubbly, glass,y bulged stuff.
