I would recommend Dismantled, VNV nation, Freezepop, Haujobb, I AM X, The Faint, Shiny Toy Guns, Stromkern, Supersystem, Thoushaltnot, and Wumpscut.
Some of these lean towards the Industrial/EBM side, but they still lots o' electronic beeps and boops!

Telefon Tel Aviv= glitchy and relaxin, Matthew Herbert= finest electro-jazzy, sometimes reminds me of Röyksopp. Amon Tobin, Massive Attack, Prodigy's Fat of the Land album, Lamb, Plastik Man's Hypnotic minimal tech. for more /experimental and avant-garde: Autechre, µ-ziq, Richard Devine, Bola and of course sir Aphex Twin
www.myspace.com/infrequency (my project might be of your like ;)
...to stop boring you, that's quite good start

If you are in for deep minimal techno, I would check out trentemoller. I found out about him recently and I can't stop listening to him. For a good sample, try
Yoshimoto - Do What U Du (trentemoller remix)

Just bought "Daft Punk - Musique Vol 1 1993-2005", its a compilation of greatest hits and also comes with a dvd that has all thier videos and 1 live show. I think I paid $20 for it, and it was oh so worth it.
