thats a good idea. at the moment the speed of uploaded wallpapers is close to a film. the problem is you have to look every hour or really do history not to miss interesting new submissions. Another possibility was to have a distinct section "latest wall and screen submissions"
If there is to be an upload limit, two or three would probably work well. That way, it’ll be low enough to keep things reasonable, but high enough to not frustrate suite releases.
the new "popular submissions" looks like it will help a little, but it would also be good to have a section dedicated to screenshots ... know you guys are still working on making this site the best, so just keep doin whatever you're doing ;)
@kyngz15 - what are you stuck on? Is it a bug or are you not sure how? You just have to edit your submission (from the Your Account page), and click the "add alternate version" link. Let me know if won't work for you.
What do you guys think of the new Popular Additions? In theory, if the ratio of screenshots is high, and there is much more interest in some skins/themes, the screenshots should push each other off "These just in..." but the skins/themes would remain under "Popular Additions".
@AA - I can certainly see the reason in seperating Walls/Screenies/Skins but lets see how this help things.
As for limiting uploads, what is the primary concern? 1) keeping up with all the additions 2) having your work quickly pushed off the front page
Popular Additions will help with #2.... #1 is another story, so let me know :)
