First off i was able to make my scrollbars a certain width, but as i edited them, they began to stretch so instead of staying about 9 px length they are like 16px-18px is there anyway to fix this. and i also know on most themes, firefox ends up stretching the scrollbar on some pages and not others. is there a way to fix this as well?

Anyone have a clue? (any help would be greatly appreciated)
