firefox update

Not happening to me here on Firefox. Firefox is running just like it was before hand.

Mine works better. I was having problems with Myspace's scripts crashing FF. But seems to be working now.

no problem in the update here on laptop.
on my notebook it almost drove me crazy. As it was attempting the update it notified some errors showing up a dialog, and looped in this attempt.
I unistalled and reinstalled the new version, now it works properly.

Can you elaborate on "died?"

As in, does Firefox launch? If it does, does it spit out error messages, or does it just refuse to load pages?

Incidentally, the update worked fine for me as well.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox?

Re-installed and still nothing. The app itself runs, but does not load any pages. my connection is fine, opera works perfectly, but I prefer firefox. It just doesn't make any sense to me.

You might want to ask on a firefox forum site. You also should tell if it gives any errors.

Aphaits, with a ph and ts, i included.

maybe you have a firewall which is blocking the new .exe from the internet? switch it off then try loading some pages.

Might you also have disabled something in the Firefox settings?

my monzilla firefox working fine after the update.

Try running Firefox in safe mode and see if that works. If so, it is probably an extension that is not compatible due to the update.
