Mine too. WacArnolds is right next to my house and I never had the urge to eat from there, even as a last resort. I'm personally a big fan of Wendy's salads and baked potatoe sides :)
Wendy's so popular because it serves side dishes that normally fast food restuarants don't. You can choose from salads, chilli, or baked potatoes to go with your combo instead of just plain old fries. I had no idea that Wendy's didn't serve the same menu on different continents. I thought most major international franchises served the same stuff no matter where it was located. It's mostly to give travellers people who just moved to a new country a sense of familiarity to have a little piece of home in a place that they didn't know so well. People are used to the same menus, no matter where they are. It was supposed to be a corporate marketing scheme! Milkshakes and icecreams are pretty much the standard in any fast foos restaurant...
I try to avoid fast food as much as possible, but on the off chance I can talk myself into spending five dollars for a meal, not to mention ignoring the wildly unhealthy food, I'm heading for Zaxby's, Chick-fil-A, or Wendy's.
image a world without burger king, kfc, wendy's .... only McDonald's ... that's my city -_-" i qould like to eat at burger king but i can't ... so i have to choose McDonald's
I'm from philly so fast food chain restuarants take a back seat to the local stuff, but if I go for fast food its usually Wendy's. When I was in LA I got introduced to tons of new fast food joints, my fav being In and Out Burger.
wendy's or chick-fil-a are pretty decent in terms of price and quality. most sub shops are absolute trash (subway, quizno's, etc.), but roly-poly is damn good.
Have you ever looked at a burger king burger? they're full of tubes! Eurgh! McDonalds burgers are way superior. In the UK anyway. Wendy's died here about 8 years ago. I tend to go to KFC more often than any other.
I guarantee you won't touch another burger for ten years.
That's really up to you! If you know what you're doing and know how to balance things...There's nothing wrong about eat some junk food every once in a while...If you exercise, eat good things...it's cool to eat those junk foods... I personaly go to KFC like once a month, twice casualy...But I also do exercise 3/4 times a week and never eat burgers or pizza at home so...
the book Fast Food Nation is a really interesting read... It's not only that you get fat if you eat to much junk food, but the chances that you get e.coli bacteria in your system is very high - and you can die from that shit.
but I eat fast food once in a while, usually Burger King, McD or Subway (I've only tried subway a couple of times though).
I like Wendy's. I used to like Jack-In-The-Box and Sonic but they don't have them where I live now. It sucks because I still see commercials for Sonic all the time and it makes me crave. Taco Bell and White Castle are only good around here late at night, TB is open till 1am and WC is 24 hours.
E. coli is already a normal part of the bacteria in your intestines. it's the O157:H7 strain that causes nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and possibly hemolytic uremic syndrome in children and the elderly, but there's just as good a chance of you getting that by eating contamintated meat that was undercooked in your own home.
All we got is McD's and Burger King down here in South America (luckily), I prefer burger king but mcd's is like tow blocks away, either way i eat there like once every two months. Look what a wide variety of fast food restaurants do to a country..fattest nation in the planet.
I'm just saying, a wide variety of fast food restaurants isnt something to be proud of, its pretty much the contrary. And last time I checked planet is a synonym for world.
I'm pretty sure Ice Berg is a Utah thing. Panda is about the fastest Chinese I've had. I dunno they have a drive through so I'd call it fast food. Just my opinion though.
