Hello everyone. I'm developing some software that has skin support. When I initially release the product I would like to have some cool skins ship with it. Would anybody in this forum be interested in designing a skin... it's a very simple skin system. Let me know and I'll send you a pre-release copy of the software. Ryan

please, dont give us any info! we really dont need to know what sort of an app is it, who will own said skins, if you're planning to sell them afterwards, urls, screenshots, anything! in fact, we all will completely and totally blindly follow you around and do whatever you tell us to do!

First of all, it is a new fatastic version of the extremely useful staple: notepad.. just kidding, however it is nothing really new, just intant messaging along the lines of Trillian. Something I've written in the last couple of months while I've been looking for a real job.
Second, who owns the skins? The artist will always own the skins copyright, but I'm also looking for artists who are also willing to have their skin bundled in the download.
There's no money involved at my end so the artist must do this simply for recognition of his/her talent; the same reason I'm writing the software.
Just think about the laugh you'll have when I send you my software and you see a software developers attempt at athestics.
ok guys, thanks for all the interest. I've created a website for skinning my software, due to the volume of interest. It basically says email me, (), to request a BETA copy. I'll send it too you and you can send any questions an completed skins back.
