New to Customize - How do I install???

I came across this website by chance after getting rather bored with my comp. I saw the fresh suite and decided to download and now I have the files but I don't know how to install them. Do I need a program or something??? I know this sounds so silly but it's driving me mad.

once you've installed it open the windowsblind skin (.wba file) with the program and it should auto install, and bingo you're done!

the other programs are cursorxp and bootskin i think. just check out the stardock website.
