i have just succeded in getting my contaclist invisible with just the contacts sjowing as texts. but there are two annoying things left 1. the first is the status bar shown on top of the list 2. the second is that some contacts have a grey layer over them witch is very annoying.
pls take a look at this picture to see which things I want to have removed and tell me how to do it =)

the 'status bar' is actually on the bottom. i think youre referring to the title bar, which can be removed w out any plugins at all, just look closer in the list options...as for the grey contacs, make sure your clist nicer or whatever you used to change the color of other items is set correctly, try tweaking the color of unavailible contacts, away contacts, idle, or selected...
