Hey...i've been trying to upload some screenshots and some wallpapers for some while now, but when i try, it says that the max size is 10MB and i am over...but my screenshots or walls are less than 500Kb...so what's the problem?
You are probably trying to upload into the screenshot part. In the submit page, there's a file and screenshot section for you to upload your files. Make sure you upload using the file one and not the screenshot one.
Why can't i upload screenshots...it says over and over: "Your file must be under 10 megabytes!" My screenshot is only 400kb!!! i have tried it everywhere!
Taskbar is not changing with themes, this happend after installing ATI TV software. in display properties, appearance, windows and buttons is defaulting to windows classic. will not add theme styles to taskbar. any suggestions. Thanks

VanDer, my suggestion: try another day. Shut off the internet connection, wait a few hours, and retry, if that don't work try changing the file type. I had this problem with my computer once too, I just retried and it worked :p
