i'm using ff 1.5 and there's one extension that i really wanted to use but it refuses to work with any ff version beyond 1.0 i think: chromedit. anyone know of a good replacement? (and i'd rather not uninstall/reinstall and older version of ff)

yeah, the only version at the firefox site is the one that's for 0.9-1.0, not yet 1.5 compatible. some people are using something called mr. tech to "force" ff to use older extensions that may be incompatible, but it also seems to either crash ff, or the extension is grayed-out/unavailable in the extensions menu. if i find a way to get it to work, i'll post what i find. thanks all.
