what is the programme to mod a winamp skin or create a winamp skin? because i want to mod this to a black and white skin http://www.customize.org/details/40020. tried to use paint :x but cant seem to work for the main bar
Yea, it's a bit more complicated than that man. I myself am teaching myself winamp skins right now. Classic is easier than modern, so you are lucky that skin is in classic :P. You can find some basic docs and walkthroughs here: http://www.winamp.com/nsdn/winamp/skinning/classic/
The winamp site should be fine to get started. It has libraries and the sdk, should be everything you need to get started, but if you want a tut, you can do that too.
