This skin is made to match the clinical VS by horoporo. There is 5 theme colors which can be changed in the layout globals. Everything else you need to know is in the readme

Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

I am going through your readme and I am a bit confused: I am not 100% but am I right in thinking that for each add-on panel, foo_ui_panels lets you script settings on how it should look fonts, buttons, dimensions etc. If that is true then I'm guessing in the readme (starting line 83), includes details on how each panel should be setup e.g. "Quick Search Toolbar config :" The problem is when I go into configuration, if I click on "search [Quick Search Toolbar]", the "Settings" button is greyed out. 	report carmenm says: Headache_1 : Foo_ui_panels is a new plugin and so a lot of plugin let you configure it from where you tried, only the one from the same guy. If it doesnt work the way you tried it means that you have to go into foobar preferences and find the page corresponding to the plugin you want to configure.
