blackened fluxbox theme, at last some dark fluxbox theme ;)
use these settings in ~/.fluxbox/init for best results:
session.screen0.toolbar.tools: nextworkspace, iconbar, systemtray, workspacename, clock
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

Nice theme.
But it doesn't work on my Fluxbox.
The xpm pixmaps for the windows and menus are not appearing when I select the theme.
The version of my Fluxbox is 1.0.0. And yes, my Fluxbox was compiled with xpm support.

this is just fluxbox theme = window borders + fluxbox taskbar + fluxbox root menu theme.
To change other things like GTK theme or GTK Icons you need additional thems/icons for them.
Search for GTK2 themes on http://gnome-look.org
