The start menu will not change to any theme that I try to use. I recently reformatted and the classic XP theme was not here, so I am not sure if it worked before or not. The start menu will stay as the classic barebone setup if no theme is on. I used UXTender after following the steps, didn't work. The updated one from the Help.
