I give you some points just for being crazy enough to do that transparencey and probubly ruin this skin. And i did download it.

Transparency is cool, yes. However, one would need a black background to be able to use this skin. Transparency is cool when you are trying to round the edges of the main window titlebar (Think Acoustic Blue), but this is too extreme.
