Welcome to the NEW LCARS EVOLVED 2-1024x768
for DesktopX3

PLEASE INSTALL THE REQUIRED FONT INCLUDED IN THE ZIP FILE.

This NEW version now has a Full Menu System in the Programs Terminal with 6 Sub-Menus
(see screenshot for details). All links in the Sub-Menus are text links and very easily changed
to suit your applications and needs etc. Simply right click on the text "YOUR APP" and browse
to your program then go to the "STATES" tab and change the text to your programs name, then save theme.
The Media Player Terminal has been totally redesigned with all new graphics(Courtesy of Adam Solley), and in the process the bug which caused excessive CPU usage has now been fixed.
On my machine it runs between 0 & 8 percent. The Spectrum animation can be toggled on or off.
Also the Top and Bottom Bars have been lightened for a better look.

Once again thanks must go to Adam Solley for the original graphics.

As you can see by the screenshot there are 4 terminals.(at this stage).
First - The Main Terminal, which gives you access to all other terminals, all with appropriate animations and sound effects.
Secondly - The Programs Terminal, where you access all favourite programs from the new Menu Systems and folders, including drives.
Thirdly - Is of course, the New Media Player. Eye Candy, Sound Effects, the works. Need I say more.
Last but not least, The Shutdown Terminal. This screen gives you the options to Shutdown, Reboot, Log-off or Cancel and return to the main terminal.
No matter which terminal is accessed a Topbar and Bottombar are always visible, which include a System Tray, Taskbar, System CPU, RAM Meters and an Access Button(Windows Start Menu).

Also included in the zip file is the required font which MUST be installed, and permissions text
from MikeB314 for the use of his graphics.
This theme is for 1024x768 only.

But am having problems naming my apps i right click set target browse for my link yes it opens the program but cant find states tab, the only thing i see is argument every time i type something in that it wont work and yes im new to this. help anyone plz Sat, Mar 4th at 06:48am (7 years ago)
