This skin is part of the Myriad Suite as featured in the Myriad screenshot.
I understand that this is in the wrong category, but it seems to take forever for a new category to get added. You can get the codepad program from http://matthieu.bizland.com/
Credits
The concept, colors, and graphics for this theme were inspired by Antar VS (BASIC) from MANNiEmedic and "mire v2" from asuraci & pepijnnuland.
The wallpaper used in the screenshot and as part of the preview is made by ether. You can find it in her widescreen pack 12
Opensource
This skin is released as opensource for non-profit usage. You're welcome to modify this skin, or make other skins for the suite. And though you aren't required to, it would be great if you could mention this suite and add a link or two.

There is likely to be bugs and inaccuracies in the skin, so let me know if there is anything that you think needs to be fixed.
