I think the tolerance for every thing has simply become too much. Just a decade ago homosexuality was just not talked about. Now there's gay jokes every where, some quite crude. Some things talked about that just don't need to be.
The same goes with racism obviously, they used to say racism never went away, they're just not as open about it now. Well I don't believe that, I think every one is getting way more open about every thing. And not for the better in any regard.
Also it's the same with sexuality, 20 years ago it was unheard of to speak of it. Now every where you look you are bombarded with it, and not for the better. Kids are getting pregnant at 12 years of age now, making the age to talk to them about "safe sex" younger and younger.
But has it helped? No there's still to much unsafe sex going around, HIV and AIDS problems, and unwanted pregnancies abounding. And people just plainly having sex at to young an age. Whatever happened to the sanctity of marriage?
